He teaches at AZ Compass Prep High School. He believes that educating students can create a better world, especially working with students who live in the under served communities. When we educate students, we know that we are guiding them toward the right path in life and make a difference in their lives. Working with students in the under served communities can be a big challenge because they need supports in many areas than the regular students. However, if we can lead this group of students and change their mindsets from fixed to growth, we can create a big significance in their lives and for the whole world in general. He realized that teaching was the profession for him when he started working with students at their homes through a federal tutoring grant, and he believes teaching can change the world with caring, patience, and dedication from educators.
