A Warm Welcome
Skyline Education, Inc was founded on the premise that all students can be successful in higher education. To achieve academic excellence, our programs have a specific focus on character development through academics, athletics, and the arts. Combining the constant focus on character development and academic excellence leads our students to be prepared for the challenges that lie ahead in education and in life. Skyline Education operates on three campuses in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Please visit our schools to learn about how we develop future leaders in the community.
Skyline Education incorporates a college prep, standards-based aligned curriculum for Academics, Arts and Athletics, supported by the Arizona and National Common Core standards. Established in 2000, Skyline’s network of schools has a proven track record of education in Arizona.
Arts in the Curriculum: Skyline Education offers an integrated and comprehensive performance and visual arts education, aligned to the Arizona State Grade Articulated and National Standards, as well as the National Standards for Arts Education. Courses offered range within the disciplines of Performing and Visual Arts. Students in grades K-12 experience and create as they progress through the programs of dance (ballet, jazz, modern, hip-hop and lyrical dace), theater, music, multiple-medium and -dimension art, photography, graphics and beyond. Students create, relate and evaluate from beginning through advanced level by practical, written, and performance-based assessment.
Skyline Education athletic programs are among the best in the state. Our coaching staff consist of highly qualified professionals who provide the best opportunity for every student-athlete. The purpose of our sports programs is to provide an educationally safe and sound program; that emphasizes participation, cooperation, healthy sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork and a competitive edge for all our athletes.
United by a common vision and mission, Skyline promotes a commitment to excellence in education and life. We develop character strengths that are used to improve the lives of our students, their families and the community in which they live. It begins with a foundation of strong character strengths that establish our core values. These six-character traits are the values we instill in all of our students, staff and families.
It is as important for parents to participate in their students’ educational experience as it is students. Understanding that our students’ minds are young and can be molded and shaped into a successful, valuable contributor to the world. It is a journey that extends beyond school into the home and must be supported by family. As a parent you must set the example to your student, so they understand you not only care, but you are committed to their achievement by participating in their educational experience.
Preparing for your future is a daunting task and must be planned carefully if you want to be successful. There are basic steps to help students plan their future. Along with working hard to get the grades necessary in academic courses, part of these steps include evaluating what you enjoy, where you would like to live, how you would like to contribute in life, what kind of civic contribution you can make, completing required ACT or SAT testing, completing applications and pulling it all together!
